What Is an Airsoft Private Event?

An airsoft private event is an exclusive game organised specifically for your group, with no other participants. This means the entire playing area is at your group's disposal and the game is tailored exactly to your wishes. The format is perfect for friends' gatherings, family events, joint activities of sports clubs and any other group that wants an active and exciting experience together.

Unlike public events where you join together with strangers, a private event gives you full control over the pace, format and atmosphere of the game. You can play as relaxed or competitively as you like.

Game Formats and Options

A private airsoft event can be organised in many different game formats. Classic team play pits two equal teams against each other in tactical combat. Capture the Flag requires teams to capture the opponent's flag while protecting their own. Deathmatch is a fast-paced and dynamic format where individual skills matter. There is also the VIP escort format, assault on positions and many other scenarios.

Our experienced game leaders help choose the format best suited to your group and goals. For beginners we recommend simpler formats, for experienced players we offer more complex tactical scenarios.

The private event can also be a perfect complement to another event — for example as an activity programme for a birthday or the day before a wedding for family and friends.

Location Options

Private airsoft events primarily take place in outdoor areas in Tallinn (Harku area) and Loksa (Suurpea area). Both locations offer diverse terrain — forests, open areas and various natural obstacles that make tactical play exciting. Organising events in other locations is possible by prior arrangement — including Suure-Jaani, Naissaar, Haapsalu, Viljandi or even at your own suitable location.

Location selection depends on the group size, desired game format and geographical convenience. We are happy to advise you on which location best suits your group's needs.

All Equipment Included

When booking a private event, all equipment needed for the game is included. Airsoft replicas, safety goggles and face masks are provided for all participants. Participants do not need to bring their own equipment — just comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear.

If some participants have their own airsoft equipment, they are welcome to use it — provided the replica's muzzle energy is within the limits set by Estonian airsoft practice. Our game leader will check this at the start of the event.

Booking and Organisation

To book a private airsoft event, go to harkuairsoft.ee where you can choose a suitable date and group size. For larger groups or special wishes, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can make the best possible arrangements.

A private event can be organised for groups of 6 to over 50 people. We adapt the number of game leaders, game areas and scenarios to your group size. The event takes approximately 3–5 hours including the briefing and game rounds.
