Event Format and Flow

A team airsoft event begins with a briefing where the game leader explains the rules, safety requirements and game scenarios. Teams are formed — we recommend mixing the composition so that different departments and work groups get to know each other better. Then the games begin, with several rounds in different formats.

Between rounds, short team debriefs take place where participants reflect on what happened in the game and how it relates to real work situations. The event ends with a general debriefing where key lessons are identified and plans are made for applying them.

Locations — Tallinn, Loksa and More

Team airsoft events primarily take place in outdoor areas in Tallinn (Harku area) and Loksa (Suurpea area). Both locations offer diverse terrain that is ideal for tactical team games. Events in other locations — Suure-Jaani, Naissaar, Haapsalu, Viljandi — are possible by prior arrangement.

The location is chosen based on the group size and desired game format. We are happy to advise you on which location best suits your team's needs.

Suitable for Small and Large Teams

Team airsoft events can be organised for groups of 8 to over 100 people. For smaller teams, we create more intimate formats where each member's contribution is more visible. For larger groups, we divide into competing subteams that play against each other in a tournament format.

All Equipment Included

All equipment needed for the game is included in the event package. Airsoft replicas, safety goggles and face masks are provided for all participants. Participants only need comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear.
